Residential Growth Properties, LLC (RGP) was initially formed to help sellers of un-renovated properties use specialized real estate planning and brokerage services to sell their homes for maximum value without making any significant repairs.  RGP eventually expanded to include additional services for sellers who lacked the capital, construction management expertise, or time to redevelop a property, but who still wanted to achieve top market price based on having a fully-renovated property.

Our passion and commitment to the "as-is" property sector and the many seniors, baby boomers and long-time residents who own these properties grew into a reputation of excellence among estate-planning professionals and financial advisors.

Today, RGP offers an integrated platform that provides solutions across the entire spectrum of the residential real estate market throughout the mid-Atlantic.  We help property owners and their advisors plan and manage the growth or divestiture of their or their clients' real property assets from a unique "real estate planning" perspective.

PRINCIPAL

Corey Lee, RGP

From serving as an officer in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division (after graduating from the U.S. Military Academy) to leading the acquisition efforts of a NYSE-traded homebuilder, Corey has lived the principles of duty, honor, and country throughout his entire career, forging enduring relationships built on respect, hard work and unflappable ethics.  He began investing in mortgages and real estate in 1996 and has continued to be a passionate advocate of individuals and families seeking top-tier real estate finance, investing, development and other transactional advice.

He specializes in helping seniors and long-time residents, landlords, absentee and vacant property owners, and representatives of estates and inherited properties throughout the mid-Atlantic.  When he is not representing clients or investing for his own portfolio, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and volunteering to help local churches and their communities understand how to maximize and protect the value of their real property assets.
